If your payment is 10 days late and we do not hear from you, you will receive a notarized letter by 1st class mail telling you what the next procedure will be. 99.9% approval (unless we have previously picked up your vehicle or you were in default). You can layaway you car with $100.00 nonrefundable deposit. We will hold the vehicle for 2 wks. After 2wks. you must pick up the car or put down another $100.00 deposit to hold for an additional 2 wks. $100 must be paid every 2 wks! Vehicles will be held for 90 days only! If the vehicle is not picked up in 90 days it will be placed back up for sale and all deposits will be kept. All deposits are nonrefundable and you must pay on the vehicle at least every 2 wks. We will not be responsible for battery charges in vehicles held over 30 days!
