DMV fees:  These fees go to the WV DMV
                  5% sales tax on price of car
                  $30.00 for new plate
                  $5.50 to transfer an existing plate
                  $10.00 for title
                  $5.00 for lien
Some fees are not applicable depending on services needed.

THINGS YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU:
          *Copy of Insurance policy.  Must be in effect for at least 60 days.
            *Title of car purchasing
            *If transferring plate bring registration card.
            *Notarized bill of sale.  Mandatory if car is 10yrs or younger.  If notarized bill of sale is not present you must pay tax on the NADA book value of the car.  Bill of sale MUST be notarized or DMV won't accept it.
            *Lien information is lien is required by bank, etc.
